If you find a damaged parcel at the post office, you must first check whether the goods inside are also damaged. If so, it is recommended to take a photo of both the damaged outer shipping box and the damaged goods inside while still at the post office. The photo must show the post machine itself or its fragment. Submit this information by email: order@optimumderma.com
