  1. Shipping

1.1. In the territory of Lithuania, the Seller delivers the ordered goods within 2-4 working days, during holidays or emergency situations within 2-7 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods through the courier service chosen by the Buyer.
1.2. Delivery of orders to foreign countries within 30 working days.
1.3. The seller must organize the delivery of the goods ordered by the buyer to the address specified by the buyer.
1.4. The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the price of the goods and their delivery.
1.5. The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer, undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid by the Buyer within 7 working days, if the Buyer has made an advance payment. After paying with a bank card, the money is returned only to the card from which the payment was made.
1.6. After receiving the shipment of goods, the Buyer together with the carrier must check whether the condition of the shipment is intact. If the shipment of goods has been damaged, the Buyer must note it in the goods transfer-acceptance document (bill of lading). After receiving the goods and signing the goods transfer-acceptance document (bill of lading) without comments, it is confirmed that the goods shipment was not damaged and properly delivered.
1.7. Price of goods delivery:
1.7.1. The price of goods delivery in Lithuania is EUR 3 (including VAT).
Additional delivery charges may apply when ordering goods to the Curonian Spit.
When buying for 39 EUR and more, delivery in Lithuania is free.
1.7.2. Delivery price in Latvia and Estonia:
1.7.2.1. Omniva postal machine – 10 EUR (including VAT)
1.7.2.2. DPD mail machine – EUR 18 (including VAT)
1.7.2.3. DPD courier delivery – EUR 18 (including VAT)
1.7.3. Delivery of goods for shipments up to 2 kg to other EU countries – 22 EUR (including VAT). When buying for 200 EUR and more, delivery in these countries is free.
1.7.4. Delivery of goods for shipments up to 2 kg to Great Britain, Iceland, Switzerland – 22 EUR (including VAT). When buying for 200 EUR and more, delivery in these countries is free.
1.7.5. Products are not delivered to other non-EU countries. If you want to order goods to other countries – write an order to order@optimumderma.com
1.7.6. Collection of goods at the ODA clinic in Vilnius or Kaunas is free.
1.7.7. If you choose to pick up the goods at the ODA clinic in Vilnius or Kaunas, the order is stored for 7 calendar days. After 7 calendar days, the order is cancelled.

  1. Returns

2.1. The customer has the right to reject the product and return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
2.2. Goods that the buyer wants to return with intact packaging and proof of purchase are replaced or accepted back by the Seller within 14 working days from the day of delivery of the goods:
2.2.1. ODA clinics in J. Jasinskio st. 10, Vilnius and Jonavos st. 7, Kaunas;
2.2.2. Via Omniva or DPD courier.
2.2.3. The Buyer returns the unsatisfied goods by his own transport or pays the return costs.
2.2.4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.3. The buyer can exercise the right to return the goods, if the goods have not been used, the original packaging of the goods is not damaged, undamaged and has not lost its appearance. Returned goods must be fully assembled. The Buyer is responsible for the full assembly and packaging of the item. If the goods are not fully assembled and properly packed, the Seller or his representative may refuse to accept the returned goods. The buyer must provide the original product invoice and a completed and signed return form (for the return form, please contact order@optimumderma.com), which must indicate the reason for returning the goods. The seller undertakes to return the money paid for the goods at the time of purchase within 7 working days from the day of return of the goods.
2.4. If the purchased product did not meet the quality requirements, the Seller undertakes to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of suitable quality, to reduce the price of the product accordingly or to return the money paid for the products and their delivery within 7 working days from the day of the return of the product. Products must be returned in the original product and shipping packaging. Also, the Buyer must provide the original product invoice and a completed and signed return form (for the return form, please contact order@optimumderma.com), which must indicate the reason for returning the goods.
2.5. In order to return the product, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail: order@optimumderma.com.
2.6. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the Buyer.
2.7. Upon termination of the contract, the Seller undertakes to return the money for the returned good product within 7 working days. After paying with a bank card, the money is returned only to the card from which the payment was made.
